Harrington Gallery was founded in 1976. The building has a history dating back to circa 1830. Once a one room school house, it later became the local post office. Now it's the gallery and studio of Herschel Harrington. Nestled in the heart of the historic district in the beautiful town of St. Francisville, Louisiana, it possesses a timelessness equal to that of the Mississippi river that gave the town its life.
